pain. i have a new understanding for people who live in pain…iono how they do it.
this weekend i had a tooth ache, split lip from being too dry, and a canker sore on my tongue. how mentally draining.
i need to stop judging…and hating.
defense mechanism aside, i am happy to have balance.
the internet is amazing:

PROBLEM: Stuck Flywheel / Disposal Will Not Run (makes a humming noise) If the garbage disposal won’t turn on but makes a humming sound when you flip the switch, it won’t do that for long. That means you have a stuck flywheel and the reset...
today i learned about barometric pressure headaches
changes in atmospheric pressure…like the rain ALL WEEK can cause these types of headaches.
and mucinex is better than pain meds…

i reactivated facebook to get some pictures…wasted an hour on it.
and that is why i live a facebook free life.
and have to actually contact people to see what is going on in their lives and have like…5 friends…lols. truth
leaving HEB i saw this dad struggling to open his bottle of soda. offered him my bottle opener, and he replied “thank you, i would have had to shot gun it”
lolol…that makes no sense at all.
but yes…stranger favor repaid! someone once saved my life when i was trying to open my dumb mexican coke.
